Nimbus is great for those who want to meditate, simulate sitting on a cloud, or pretend they’re Dragon Ball Z characters. Inspired by the Japanese anime, the chair– imagined by Bobby Lowe–uses Maglev technology to create the sensation of levitating. It also slowly rotates for those who want to check out the view.

modern sofas
A collaboration of Matteo Thun and Italian furniture maker Rossi di Albizzate. The Tantisassi White Leather sofa resembles a handful of M&M’s – thoroughly placed polyurethane-foam cushions cover the steel frame and come in removable elasticized wool covers.

Outdoor Sofa
This is the obvious follow up to my last post…Where can I get that furniture?
The Mondrian South Beach used Sixinch – an innovative polyurethane coated line of outdoor furniture that is both classic and contemporary. Sixinch won a “best in show” at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York.I featured a chair of similar design in an inspiration board a few months ago…you can see it.

Modern design sofa
This modern upholstered sofa is a hybrid model of electronic entertainment and comfortable sofa. Athena is a multimedia upholstered sofa that features an integrated computer into it’s cool design. It includes an integrated computer, an iPod/iPhone dock, MP3 player with a wireless connection over the 2.4 Ghz radio signal, an 8 inch subwoofer and series of loudspeakers. You can find more about this piece of furniture from Artanova.
Neutral Sofa

Square Sofa
Another refreshing interior design from Paola Lenti Atollo collection – this living room lets the outside take centre stage inside! A transparent glass wall means that the beautiful view outside is visible from anywhere in the room. Perfect for entertaining, a long, neutral sofa is positioned to occupy the entire room, matching the ‘U’ shape of the glass walls cleverly. The signature shape of Paola Lenti furniture – straight lines and defined edges makes the look of the whole room so sharp… Deep red cushions add a dash of color inside, whilst the vital green of the trees outside is like having a living, constantly evolving painting. Various textures of rugs and flooring complete the look, giving a cozy feel. Consider this look when you’ve a view you want to savour both inside and out.
